Our children's classes are designed to teach children basic cooking skills, introduce them to new ingredients and cuisines, and encourage healthy eating habits. Our classes are led by professional chefs or instructors, and the programs are tailored for the age and skills of the participants.

Public classes are hands-on with full participation at individual stations, team stations, and the teaching station. Our instructors create a fun-in-food, hands-on, interactive learning environment. Students who participate in our public classes practice techniques, fine-tune skills, and prepare and eat the menu items covered in class. In our private group classes, students have a choice of a hands-on experience or a demonstration class to observe the instructor prepare and cook the themed menu for students to eat,.
You will need to identify your food allergy/dietary restriction on the online class registration form. We will attempt to make changes to accommodate your allergy or dietary restriction. Our goal is to teach cooking techniques and it will not always be possible to change class menus and ingredients to accommodate your dietary needs, including allergies. You should be aware that food is prepared in our facility that uses eggs, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, fruit, vegetables, soy, and wheat. The food preparation areas and equipment are sanitized prior to use to minimize any cross contamination

We recommend that you register as soon as possible to ensure you have a reservation for class. Classes sell out quickly. We ask that you register no later than three days prior to a class so we can make sure to have enough products on hand for everyone.
The age requirement for adult classes is 18 years and over. We offer family classes that permit adults and children 6 years and older to attend together.
The age requirement is 6-12 years of age for PCKids classes. The age requirement is 13-17 years of age for PCTeen classes.

A variety of culinary instructors teach cooking classes so we can offer a wide range of skills, experience, and flavors.
No, all supplies, aprons, food, bottled water, materials, ingredients, and towels will be provided for you to use during class. In an adult class, you may bring beer or wine.
We open the doors to the classroom 15 minutes prior to class with the goal of starting on time. There is a short check-in process.
You will want to wear casual, comfortable clothing and non-slip closed-toe shoes. Please pull your hair back so that your hair does not pose a safety or health issue for you and others in the class.
No, we are not a retail store with the goal of selling you ingredients or additional products. We strive to select recipes that can easily be supported by local businesses.
Yes, students get to eat what is prepared in all classes.
We provide complimentary bottled water.
No, we do not serve alcohol. There are some classes and recipes that use alcohol as an ingredient.
Yes, currently we provide printed copies of the class recipes.
Any food that is served to you and left on your plate may be boxed for you to take home.
Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a class you registered for, you can transfer the class to a friend. Please have your friend notify our team member upon check-in that he/she is attending the class in your absence.

Private group cooking classes involve culinary instruction; private events require venue rental and do not involve any culinary instruction.
