When our commissary kitchen launched on Barrancas Ave in 2014, we couldn't foresee the need we were about to meet in the Pensacola area.
Proudly, for a decade, we have been an incubator kitchen for over 50 local small businesses.
As our waitlist grew and our pop-ups took root, expansion was inevitable.
Hence, Gather was born!

And the best part? You can choose from several in house catering companies and food trucks that will sure please everyone's palette!
