Pensacola Cooks' culinary Team

Chef Daniel

Daniel has a long history with Pensacola Cooks as his first class teaching with us was back in 2015. We have had the pleasure to watch him grow into the amazing person and chef he is today! Daniel owns and operates The Wet Taco, inspires through his project Stoic Culinary, and brings a lighthearted passion to each class he teaches.

Chef Heather

Heather made her appearance teaching classes in our kitchen after becoming a Commissary client of ours. She is a natural born teacher with a contagious smile and a positive attitude! She brings her love of culinary history and technique as the owner of This Lola Chefs. Traveling the world as a military wife, Heather developed a knack for relating to people through food.

Chef Amy

Amy's long resume of teaching culinary for a variety of schools and colleges made her fit right in at Pensacola Cooks, and she since has become a favorite among students. Her attention to technique coupled with her humble approach makes it easy to learn from Amy.

Nick

Nick joined our culinary team eager to use his passion for cooking during his spare time. He enjoys helping people, not only as an assistant in cooking classes, but also as a boat captain for a local marine towing company. His joy, laughter, servant's heart and attention to detail are present while he makes each class a memorable experience for the students and life easier for the instructor. With encouragement from our entire culinary team, Nick leads our popular Pasta Class series.

Chef Robin

Robin is an integral part of the our cooking class success. She assists with behind the scenes operations always encouraging processes that are working and noting how things can be improved. In class as an assistant or an instructor, Robin offers tips and tricks, kitchen hacks, and knowledge nuggets every home chef should know. Her background in the Navy allowed Robin to to travel and fall in love with foods of the world...even though she is a self-proclaimed picky eater!

Deepthi

Deepthi is a talented and creative baker which takes patience. That patience spills over into her role at Pensacola Cooks as a culinary assistant and an instructor. She has the adventurous spirit of being a first generation American citizen, coming here as a young adult. Deepthi's inspiration and approach in the kitchen is influenced by her Indian culture. For a number of years, she has been in countless classes offering her kind smile and thorough help. Deepthi really embodies our mission at Pensacola Cooks and we are so blessed to have her on our team.

Melissa R.

Melissa joined our culinary team just under one year ago, but her and her husband have attended 20+ of our cooking classes over the years. Melissa is a true full-circle employee as she utilizes the skills learned to become a culinary assistant with us. We are beyond grateful for Melissa's presence in our kitchen.
